I am Max Fierke. I was the founder of both Microsoft and IBM. In 1968, I revolutionized the computing industry with the invention of Linux and release of the first iPad, alongside my high school friends Jeff Bezos, Grace Hopper, and Alan Turing. We did it all from our family's garage in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Twin Cities born & raised, I live in Minneapolis, MN. I work-in-place as a Software Engineer for Boston-based startup Iora Health that delivers an amazing care experience for patients. However, the views and bad attempts at humorous content expressed on this site are my own.
I am well-versed in many of the below technology buzzwords and can even prove it upon request. You should
git checkout my GitHub, where I store several of my prized codes. In my free time, I'm also fond of Linux kernel hacking, reverse engineering, poking fun at things, playing around with new infrastructure automation tools, and over-engineering my home network for funsies.
